حقه جدید حکومت برای جلوگیری از پخش فیلمهای اعتراضات در یوتیوب

حقه جدید حکومت برای جلوگیری از پخش فیلم ها در یوتیوب:
گزارش (غلط) تخلف کپی رایت به یو تیوب که باعث بسته شدن اکانت میشود.
با ارسال متعدد گزارش تخلف نقض کپی رایت در یوتیوب، اکانت بسته می شود و کل فیلمهای آپلود شده از دسترس خارج می شوند.
این در حالی است که آپلود کردن ویدیو از ایران با وجود همه محدودیت ها به خودی خود بسیار مشکل و به لحاظ امنیتی ترسناک هست.

این چیزی است که یوتیوب در مورد شکایت کپی رایت مشخصا باید در نظر گرفته می شده است:

باید همگی برای یوتیوب بنویسیم و از این حذف اشتباهی مطلع شان کنیم.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to inform you that the government of Iran is falsely claiming that the videos uploaded by Iranian people are copyrighted, and that way youtube is automatically closing the accounts of Iranian protesters, and banning the videos from broadcasting.

    I appreciate it if you could consider this, and make sure these videos doesn't get banned by their false claims, as they are the only form of communications for the people in Iran who have their lives in their hands to record these videos, and upload them while the internet is heavily filtered.

    As you probably know, Iran has been a scene of opposition movement against the regime. In a time that all communication channels have been blocked by government, people risk their lives to take amateur videos and post them on YouTube. False claims of copyright infringement is another trick played by government to deprive people around the world from what is actually happening in Iran.
    Considering that people have a hard time uploading their videos in Iran and the critical situation of the time being, please help the uprising movement by activating the associated terminated accounts.

    Note: The following comments are not designed to create a mechanism to illegally subvert anything going on with youtube activity, but should allow users who have been blocked due to political action to re-establish their capacity to post on youtube.
    Set up a new youtube account using a different e-mail address and different password (make sure to use a different computer and do it from a different location than you did it before so the IP (computer location) logged by youtube) is registered in a different place upon your creation of the new account. Then go ahead and keep creating new videos and posting them. However, when you create the videos keep backups of them on some hard disk media. Also try to avoid replicating images of government icons such as: a large metallic governmental seal representing a government agency, or obvious close encounters with prominent commercial icons. Obviously governmental and commercial icons and symbols (and advertisements) are everywhere but the more you can either avoid them or edit segments out from video before posting the better off you will be. Before posting your video, if it is possible, share your video by e-mail (or by sharing a USB 1 gigabyte memory stick - cheap and easy to obtain most of the time) with several other people who also are able to post video to the internet through completely different accounts than yours.
    If the first steps suggested above don't work (you can't find a different computer to use, for example, and new locations that have internet access - both of which are a necessary part of setting up a new 'web identity' to be recognized if you have been blocked due to political action) -- then you may simply want to create video, edit it as appropriate, and pass it on to as many people as possible through USB memory stick sharing or e-mail if possible.

    Resubmit, resubmit, resubmit. Find others on the internet to host your files, if Youtube aren't monitoring their copyright-removal process. Find others to keep mirrors of the files, and resubmit constantly also. Contact Youtube, with their claim-dispute process, to get the videos that are down for copyright, cleared of copyright issues and re-upped. Once a video is proven to be original works, like any video from anybody protesting would take, it can't be taken down for copyright claims again.

    I would like to inform you that the government of Iran is falsely claiming that the amateur videos uploaded by Iranian people are copyrighted which leads to automatic deactivation of the accounts. I strongly believe that channels like the Freedom Messenger 20 (http://www.youtube.com/freedommessenger20) were wrongfully deactivated based on a false claim of copyright infringement, probably as a counter-attack by the Iranian government to prevent the spread of news from Iran during this sensitive period of unrest and government oppression.

    Due to the sensitive nature of the situation in the Middle East, I appreciate if you could make sure these videos doesn't get banned by these false claims, as they are the only form of communication by Iranian citizens who risk their lives to record these videos and upload them despite the heavily restricted Internet access in Iran. Please restore these accounts and until a thorough investigation of copyright infringement can be determined and give the people the chance to continue spreading videos from Iran.

    I REPEAT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC

    It takes a lot for youtube to close an account. They usually take down specific videos and give warnings at first. This specific channel took multiple clips from different people without their permission. When they received warnings, they didn't listen and eventually got their account shutdown. Youtube doesn't shut down accounts unless there are multiple provable infringements. I repeat, there has to be multiple PROVABLE INFRINGEMENT.

    From what I've seen this account scoured youtube and collected clips people uploaded. They also took some of my video. That might be convenient for you and I, people probably don't like it when their clips are put under a MKO youtube channel. If I was in Iran and was uploading footage of the protests and MKO started to take my videos and put their watermark on them, I would ask youtube to shut it down.

    This channel was going against Youtube policies. I hope they don't get it back. Some people need to learn that they're not special and everyone has to play by the rules.

    What are you talking about Sherlock? I'm in support of democracy and freedom for Iran. What I'm not in support of it, is our undeserved sense of importance and blind appeal toward conspiracies.

    There is nothing special about us. If we want to use Youtube we have to follow its policies. Just because there is a revolution going on in Iran it doesn't mean we get a free pass and can go around willynilly and upload other peoples video and stick our logo on it.

    Second of all, this has nothing to do with the Islamic republic. There is no underlying government/Youtube conspiracy to silent the Iranians. Accounts get shut down when people upload videos that belong to other people. And they do so multiple times, ignoring warnings.

    من رو والشون نوشتم اگه کامنت بذارین کامبیز میتونه ولی تک تک نامه نوشتن به یوتئوب عملن سخته خیلیها هم انگلیسی نمیدونن. به نظرم پارازیت چون طرفدار زیاد داره درخواستش از یوتیوب درخواست خیلیهاست
